AC system was good, Microwave and refrigerator functioned. I was grateful for toilet paper, towels, sheets and a bed. Relatively clean..

Nothing they charged me a 130 early checkin fee because I booked it after midnight and was checking out at 11 am not even a full 24 there and I had to pay $78 plus the $130 total rip off the front desk person was rude and I will never stay there again

The best part of our stay was all the staff even the night girl we didn't see much of. Brittany eric, Jason Savanah and Savanahs crew make a wonderful team and do what they can for every individual they deal with. They do what they can to make sure your able to stay. I couldn't ask for a better place to spend my time during this unfortunate time in our lives.

What I liked is when I called the hotel before booking a room there, tristin helped me be able to check in at a earlier check in hour. I booked & paid for the room & tristin checked me in & let me have a 7am check which I really appreciated

Love the downtown location and rate. Perfect for a safe Chico weekend. It was quiet and comfortable. Nice bathroom mirror, hot shower and coffee in the morning. Didn't use the microwave, but finding it was unexpected at this rate. Thanks also for the body wash and shampoo.
